Forgotten by Avrel F.

Empty, not a single person wandering on the lonely road

The sky is a dark black hole, ready to swallow you

Unsureness covers the ground and pulls you into despair

As you walk down the lane, memories dance in front of you,

Then they fly away just like birds migrating in the winter

Your brain laughs, daring you to remember something,

Alas you cannot and you keep walking down the winding path

The wind is stronger than a thousand people, but the trees stand still

A feeling of comfort trots in front of you. Suddenly, it vanishes

Past conversations whisper to you, but the clouds swallow them

You’re walking down memory lane, with no memory
